Our DO WORK philosophy encourages players to confidently and consistently work hard towards their goals and aspiration on and off the court. We use a positive approach to encourage confidence, develop life skills, and promote team work. We understand the importance of patience, creativity, and fun to keep our players engaged & focused.
We believe in developing the entire player, so off court development is just as important as on court development. We use basketball as a tool to develop the entire child. Our goal is for players to have success in school, college, and in life. No matter which stage your child is in their journey, we will motivate and guide them to elevate their game while understanding and applying the DO WORK philosophy.

Develop the fundamentals, knowledge, and habits needed to immediately take your game to the next level.
Learn the Mentality
Develop the DO WORK mentality of working hard to achieve your goals. Learn the mental toughness to outwork your competition on and off the court.
Learn Team Work
Join a culture of team esteem and collaboration. Learn to add value and be a part of a team that works together towards the same common goals.
Learn Leadership
Develop the mindset and interpersonal skills needed to become a leader others want to follow in practice, games, and life.
