Pillar 01
Sportsmanship
Respect for teammates, opponents, coaches and officials — every practice, every game.
GirlsGotGame (3G) · Girls AAU · 9U – High School
High-level development. Division 1 competition.
A complete girls basketball program built to challenge players, elevate their game and prepare them for what’s next.
Train at a high level. Learn at a high level. Compete at a high level.
Girls AAU · 9U–14U
3G has established itself as one of the Bay Area’s highly competitive girls basketball programs. Our teams compete at the Division 1 level, often playing up in age and seeking competition that challenges our players to perform at a higher level.
What separates 3G is the development environment surrounding the competition. Players are immersed in the JustHoop player development ecosystem — training at a high level, practicing and learning the game at a high level, and competing at a high level.
The goal is to develop complete basketball players prepared for what comes next — stronger skills, greater basketball IQ, confidence, physical development and the ability to perform against high-level competition.

Ultimate Training Facility · 440 Hester St., San Leandro — home court for every 3G team.
Every 3G player makes a commitment to the club's four pillars. Winning is a byproduct of holding to them.
Pillar 01
Respect for teammates, opponents, coaches and officials — every practice, every game.
Pillar 02
Student first. Knowledge of the game and in the classroom grow together.
Pillar 03
Consistent improvement — as a player, a teammate, and a leader.
Pillar 04
Character shows off the court too — 3G players give back to their community.
A 3G season is the full package — the team, the training, and the tournaments, every Fall/Winter and Spring/Summer season.
Uniforms are a one-time cost. Season packages pair the team with a required weekly training add-on — join the 3G interest list and we’ll walk you through the season options.
Interested in joining 3G? Girls tryouts and evaluations are announced to the interest list first.
We don't guarantee every player a roster spot; players who don't make a team get a recommended program for continued growth and an invitation to try out again next season. Prefer email? Write to info@justhoopinc.com.
