The Training Academy — classes are grouped by age, and Level I breaks down the basic fundamentals, touching on a different skill each week. Not sure where your player fits? Start with Find your pathway.

There are no open tryouts right now. Each team page carries an interest list — leave your details and we'll reach out when tryouts open. Registration is $15 per player, applied to season dues if your player makes a team.

Kindergarten through high school: the ladder starts at FUTURE (K–2nd) and runs to our high-school PROVEN program — see all programs. Adults have the DRO League.

The Ultimate Training Facility, 440 Hester St., San Leandro — our own gym, minutes from Castro Valley, San Lorenzo, Hayward and Oakland. Parking is on site; directions on the contact page.

Memberships bill through the JustHoop App, our secure booking system. Training Academy memberships carry a 3-month commitment, then continue month to month; semi-private is month to month from day one. Cancelling takes 30 days' notice before your next payment date.
