THE COLLEGE-PREP DIVISION
PROVEN is an elite high-school basketball program built for serious athletes committed to preparing for the college level. With teams at 15U, 16U, and 17U, PROVEN competes on the MadeHoops High School Circuit, providing high-level competition, exposure, and a clear pathway toward collegiate opportunities.
PROVEN represents the final stage of development — where standards rise, expectations sharpen, and preparation becomes intentional. This is a college-prep environment designed for athletes who are ready to be challenged, coached, and held accountable at the highest level.
System
PROVEN was created to serve athletes navigating the critical transition from high-level club basketball to the college game. Every aspect of the program is structured with purpose — from training methodology to competition selection — to prepare players for what comes next.

Process
The PROVEN process is rooted in high-level player development, refined curriculum, and college-level expectations. Training is detailed, intentional, and demanding. Every drill, rep, and film session has a reason.

Leadership
LEADERSHIP IS THE FOUNDATION OF PROVEN
The program is guided by experienced high-school directors and coaches who understand the realities of the college pathway and the standards required to succeed at the next level. Leadership within PROVEN is intentional, proven, and rooted in real results.
Sean MacKay serves as the Director of PROVEN Prep and Head Coach of the 17U team, overseeing the highest level of the program and setting the standard for development, preparation, and accountability. Leadership within PROVEN is not about titles — it’s about preparation. Athletes are coached with purpose, challenged daily, and mentored to understand what it takes to succeed beyond high school basketball.
Coach MacKay brings extensive high-school and grassroots experience, having led successful programs at the varsity level and guided hundreds of athletes through the college recruitment process. His leadership background includes multiple Coach of the Year honors, championship experience on the national circuit, and a proven track record of helping athletes earn opportunities at both the 2-year and 4-year collegiate levels.

PROVEN competes on the INVITE ONLY MadeHoops West circuit, ensuring our athletes are evaluated in the right environments against elite competition with Showcase hg. Exposure is intentional — supported by film breakdown, event placement, and preparation for moments that matter.
